Auditri Speech and Hearing Center provides the following healthcare services:
- Audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
- Hearing aid fitting, programming, and aftercare
- Speech therapy and language pathology
- Tinnitus management and counselling
- Pediatric hearing and speech assessments
- Home visit services where applicable
All clinical services are provided by qualified and registered audiologists and speech-language pathologists. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Appointments & Bookings
Appointment requests submitted through our website or phone are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from our staff.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Bring any previous audiological reports, prescriptions, or relevant medical records.
- For pediatric patients, a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the consultation.
- Walk-in appointments are accepted subject to clinician availability.
4. Payments & Fees
Service fees are payable at the time of consultation. We accept cash, UPI, and online bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Hearing aid prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Consultation fees are subject to change without prior notice.
- Receipts and invoices are issued for all transactions upon request.
- EMI or installment plans for hearing aids may be available; contact us for details.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: No charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: May be subject to a nominal booking fee.
- No-shows: May result in forfeiture of any advance payment made.
- Hearing aid purchases: Returns are subject to the manufacturer's policy and the condition of the device.
